很多ORACLE的考生是不是遇到过这样的问题？就是已经通过了OCA的考试，VUE官方网站上和ORACLE网站上都查询到考试已经通过，就是收不到OCA证书！更有人OCP证书都顺利拿到了，OCA证书就是不到！

一般，我们都是通过邮件的方式申请的，具体内容如下：（具体内容应根据各人的实际情况而定，我这个给出的只是一个模板而已。）

邮件内容：
